Funds left over from ISM4 have been provided by the Organisers of that Meeting to aid the attendance of students from foreign countries at ISM5. These funds will provide free registration and have been awarded to 10 foreign students and 2 researchers who applied before the Februayr 28th deadline. The applications were judged by a panel of three senior monogenean workers from the Americas, Asia and Europe.
New Funds: Dr Yang Tingbao has recently obtained a small grant which may help some of those who are finding it difficult to acquire funding for the meeting. Preference will be given to those with submitted contributions and who have already secured their travel funds. To be considered, please contact Dr Yang (firstname.lastname@example.org) and make your case.
